The breakfast offered lots of FAB meals. Both rooms we booked were nicely decorated and huge with minimal services and comfortable bed, no reason to complain. Location: the hotel was right by mountains, the famous Zenkoji temple and the cafe.

I liked its absolutely courteous and caring employees.
I came here for 4 nights and had a such wonderful stay. Big size and clean hotel, location was strategic and convenient next to the famous Zenkoji temple, mountains, and the cafe and the South Tower. The room was good sized and beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the Nagano valley. The bathroom was big size with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

We stayed at this place and found it to be a great hotel. The location was as close to the JR station as we thought when we booked, making it very convenient for us to travel around. It was also close to the street that leads up to the Zenkoji temple, which was quite ideal for exploring the area. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was a good size, much larger than other Japanese hotels we have stayed at, and it was always kept clean. The amenities provided, such as the welcome drink and the Wi-Fi in the rooms, added to our overall comfort. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families.

This hotel is a great value for the price. Although it's not as close to the train station as we thought, the numerous amenities make up for it. the breakfast was a real standout, with plenty of healthy options to choose from. the rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but still adequately sized and very comfortable with great views of the city.
The lack of nearby restaurants was a bit of a disappointment.
